The work was an extension to a house in Witherford Way, Selly Oak, Birmingham. We were very impressed with the standard of work and the timeliness of the project. Mr Bate kept us informed at all times as to the progress on the project and was very helpful when it came to building regulations and other legal requirements. 

The original estimate for the job was very accurate so there were very few 'extras'. The additions that made were always done in consultation with us.
